Our Mission!

Like we have said over and over, our mission is to keep helping people get their payday loan debt back under control and then help them eliminate it completely.

We would also like to educate our clients in how to avoid these traps that are set to snag them by the loan companies and to offer them solutions to everyday problems that do come up and alternatives to payday loans for fast cash!

As we build and grow our website, we will be adding sections that will be dealing with just that, how to brainstorm solutions to problems that come up in everyday living, and resources that can be used to help avoid short-term loans.

We look forward to building this addition to our website and we believe you will love it once it is finished!

Enough on that for today. Let’s get back to presents!

Our Present To You And Yours

present exchangeWhen you sign yourself, a loved one, or a friend up for our help with your or their payday loan debt you are giving the gift of relief.

As mentioned earlier, we have been on the receiving end of the payday loan collectors and have experienced pretty much all of their tactics.

We know the threats they make and the strong arm tatics they use to scare the borrower out of their mind.

We have had them call us at work, call us at home and even call our bosses and all of our references.

They will stop at just about nothing short of physical harm and some have even been accused of doing just that!

Here is a video where Dave Ramsey gives his opinion on credit card debt collectors and WE believe this applies to all debt collectors, especially payday loan debt collectors!

Nasty Business

I would safely say that Mr. Ramsey does not mince words in how he feels towards these kinds of people, and we have to agree.

Everything he said is true in describing their collection practices and he was actually being a bit short in his descriptions, as they get much worse than he states.

As you can see the collection business is a nasty business and one most people never want to experience.

When a person gets behind with payday loan debt these collectors go above and beyond any normal collection practices and we want to make sure they do not take advantage of you!

They can get unusually cruel and aggressive at year’s end as most companies want their managers to get the books all up to date before the end of the present calendar year.

This can bring on the heat full force and many borrowers end up scared and with nowhere to turn, or so they think!

Turn To US!!

Let us deal with these back ally sorts!

Check out our Payday Loan Repayment Plan and find out how we can help you!

We live for this opportunity and will gladly take them on for you!

This Christmas give the gift of peace of mind to yourself or one of your family members or friends.

The benefits are huge and the rewards will be too big to describe!

Get started today and you can be out of payday loan debt before you know it and all the collections pressures will be gone!

We would love to wish each and every one of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!

Do you have a wish you would like to share with everybody for the coming year?

  1. Your right about pay day loan debt. But first and if at all possible you don’t want to go down that path with pay day loans, avoid it if at all possible. Credit and debt collection associates are all in the same business and that is to make money of the debt that was owed. This is just another way to do that same thing but maybe a better way. Thanks for bringing it forward for all to see.

    1. Hi, Tony!

I hope people see this and realize they do have rights and we are here to help them use those rights!

Thanks for stopping by Tony and please help spread the word that we are here!

  2. Hi Shawn,
Pay day loans are horrible. My state tried to pass a voter initiative to have voters agree to cap the interest rate on pay day loans. The measure failed to get enough signatures to get on the ballot, but boy did those pay day loan companies have a fun time running a smear campaign against something that wasn’t even on the ballot. I have seen these loans destroy many lives and I wish we could just eliminate them altogether. I think Dave Ramsey was being a little too nice when he talked about them. They deserve a much harsher tongue lashing.

    1. Hi, Jessica!

      I agree with you completely!

The loan companies own the politicians simply because of the amount of money they make, and it is not right at all, but it is the way it is right now.

      Hopefully people will wise up!

We are doing our best to educate and help them out.

Thanks for stopping by and happy holidays to you and yours!

  3. Nice post here

It is true that on christmas time, debt can be a huge issue for people. Everybody is trying to make their relatives happy by giving a lot of presents but what about their credit card… 1000$ at 20% interest rate? It is great to provide help to these people who have to pay all year for what they bought on december. SO easy to just swipe your card, you lose the notion of the value of money.

    Thank you!

    1. Hi, Matt!

Boy, you said a mouthful when you said you lose the notion of the value of money!

If only people would think ahead, things would work out much better for them!

Thanks for stopping by and happy holidays to you and yours!

  4. I love how positive you are about getting out of payday loan debt and that you share your personal experiences with dealing with creditors. It can be so frustrating to try to handle everything on your own when you have people calling screaming at you for money that you just don’t have.

Dave Ramsey is the best! I love his programs and his advice has changed my life for the better over the last few years.

My financial wish for this next year is to start making a full-time income from my business.

Thanks so much for sharing your experiences and helping others with your services.

    1. Hi, Jess!

I love your ambitions! Best of wishes in your endvours!

I love Dave too and he really does help people every dau of his life.

He too has been down some pretty harsh roads.

hanks for stopping by and have an awesome holiday season!

  5. Hey Shawn,
Thanks very much for this website!
My wife and I have not ever had to resort to these legalized loan sharks but I am so glad to see there is somewhere for folks to turn.

Putting yourself in between the people that were so desperate to begin with and those Thugs is an awesome service, I wish you well,

    1. Hey there!

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you never have to use these kinds of loans.

If you do every need help with them just holler!

  6. I have never been involved with one of these companies myself, but I’ve known quite a few people who have and it turned into a nightmare for them.

It seems like they are no better than the mafia! The only thing they don’t do is send a big guy to break a knee.

I was curious…is there is any legislation in the US or in Canada with regards to these companies. Are they regulated? Can they be held accountable for their actions or do they have free rein? Can they charge whatever interest they want to? Are their collection tactics governed? Who’s the watchdog on these vultures?

They take advantage of the people who are in dire straits and I think it’s a crime!

    1. Hi, Cherie!

WOW, let me see if I can answer your questions. 🙂

Many States in the USA are banning or severely limiting these companies, but it is really hard to legislate them when they originate out of the country.

The online companies pretty much do have free reign and they have been known the threaten sending the leg breaker, but of course, they never do.

This still scares many people into doing drastic things like bankruptcy, selling houses, etc…

Thanks for stopping by and I hope I covered your questions well enough!

  7. Just what the Doctor ordered for many people that have got involved with these type of companies, your site looks like it will help many in need that are going through hell from the loan companies.

Fortunately I have never got involved with them, but I know some who have and it is not a nice place to be, so keep up the good work and I will refer anyone who needs your help.

    1. Hi, Rob!

We appreciate your referrals and glad you never had to deal with the payday loan trap!

Thanks for stopping by and have an awesome holiday season!

  8. Hello Mr. Martin,

I think your doing a great service providing this site to help people in a bad spot. I myself have been through the pay day loan ringer before and it is a real bummer. I have a pretty good friend of mine who was complaining about this sort of issue to me last week so I sent her a facebook message telling her about your site. Hopefully she checks it out soon and if not I’ll keep bugging her. Needless to say shes a bit scatter brained. Personally I do have some credit card debt currently do you have any resources you can point me towards on that subject?

    Thanks again,

    1. Hi, Anthony!

I do not do much with credit cards, but I do know there are companies online like ours that do.

Send her over and we will be happy to help her!
