You Want How Much??!!

As I was sitting in the office, a frantic call came in from a lady who I will call Jane, who was yelling I need help with defaulted payday loan payments!!

Jane was freaking out because she had 7 payday loans that she had been juggling for the last 3 months and she had finally completely run out of options coming up with the required payments every two weeks to cover the loans.

Once the payment due date came around and she could not cover any of the 7 loans, she just lost it!

John Is My Next Call

Going To Court??

Sure enough, as soon as I finished talking to Jane my phone rings again and it is a gentleman I will call John.

John too was screaming into the phone: “What do I do? These vultures have got me trapped and now they want to take me to court!!”

Both John and Jane had gotten themselves caught in the age-old payday loan trap and they now had both been paying incredible amounts to keep these loans current and had finally run out of cash to cover the rising payments.

In Jane’s case, she had taken out loan after loan to keep up with the payments and she now had 7 defaulted payday loans.

Of course, the loan companies are calling all her friends and references and even her boss at work looking for her.

John kept extending his payday loan to the point where he was now paying more in interest than the original loan x 4 and he was in default.

The loan company he has his loan through is very strict when one gets in default and they are threatening legal action if John does not pony up with some cash right away.

The Solution!

Both Jane and John have a simple solution but neither of them had any idea how simple it would be to take care of their defaulted payday loans.

All they need to do is contact a company like us who specializes in helping people deal with out of control payday loan debt.

A quick phone call to us, ( albeit a loud one in both cases, lol) and we will take it from there.

We combine all of the loans and negotiate with the companies directly. Jane and John never have to talk to them again, as we do all the contacting.

We stop all legal action and we get the interest stopped and most times reduced to a fraction of what is outstanding.

We then set up a low affordable bi-monthly or even monthly repayment plan that usually satisfies the debt within 18 months.

One quick phone call to us and all Jane and John’s worries are gone.

Summary

I know how easy it is to get buried in payday loan debt as I myself have been there and done that.

I spent months extending loans and taking out new ones to cover old ones and finally began getting threatened with legal action and even jail and all I would have had to do was call a payday loan consolidation company and I would have put and end to all of the craziness that quickly!

  1. Hi, I came across your website because I’m worried about defaulting on a payday loan repayment at the end of the month.

I won’t mention the company name here but the interest rate is astronimical but I had no choice at the time because my credit rating is not the best.

Please can you help me? I would much prefer to structure this and other debts into one affordable monthly payment if possible, otherwise I can see this spiralling out of control.

I see know i was stupid to take a payday loan out in the first place but I am serious about clearing this debt once and for all. Thank you for your advice and I look forward to hearing from you.

  2. Great to know someone can get help. Payday loans are vicious and take advantage of someone who just needs a little pick me up. The two stories you shared about the woman using loans to pay off loans just to stay on top rings true for many Americans. The gentleman who is paying more in interest than the loan is worth is the truth about payday loans. The lender doesn’t always educate the buyer like they should be. So many people don’t truly understand the complexity of payday loans or are in pinch and the pay day loan is the only way out. Your service will save many people from the cycle of debt and get families back on track. I am a budgeter and finance blogger too @ realgirlfinance. 3. ok…naturally I don’t know what the laws are to help you from stopping the whole process and negotiate with the Payday Loan companies. What do you do different from helping the person in debt to negotiate a loan? I am not sure if you could even give us an layout of the situation, because obviously that is the system you use to help people in debt.

I am just curious to how the whole things works.

I havent picked up a payday loan, but I know some of my family members who have so I am curious about how this whole things works.

    Would appreciate some feedback.

    Thank you
    Ben

    1. Hi, Ben!

      It works like this:

We contact the loan companies and stop all interest and legal collections, renegotiate a lower payback and then we start making your payments.

It is straight forward and the loan companies will work with us because we do get them some of their money back, although we do not get them what they are originally after.

I hope this helps you understand the process!

  4. It is unfortunate that these loan companies are so successful. I know that I have dealt with the stress of barely being able to keep my head above water and going paycheck to paycheck, and in that situation these places begin to look more like a solution than the trap they are.

Luckily, I was taught at a young age that more debt was not the path to getting debt free, so I resisted – much preferring to go late on a utility than to fall into the unsustainable spiral that these companies create.

    1. Hi, Alex!

You made some wise choices and that is awesome!

You are right, they seem like the thing to do until you are trapped, then you understand that they are a huge mistake.

Thanks for stopping by and keep making those wise choices!

  5. This is a very useful article and I love the fact that you make a story out of it as well using two people as an example that represents so many people all over. With Christmas just passed so many will have found themselves in this desperate situation and it is reassuring to know there are companies like yourself who do want to help. Do you charge any fees etc for this type of service? What do you get from it?

    1. Hi, Holly!

Thanks for stopping by! Yes, we do charge a one time fee and it covers all of our services, regardless of how many payday loans a person has taken out.

Take a look at our Payday Loan Repayment Plan for more information on what we do.

      Have an awesome new year!

  6. Shawn,

It really is sad that many loan companies are setup for profit and not for helping people. Of course loan companies should make a profit, after all they’re lending out their own money to those who need it. That being said, the tactics and overall structure of policies and pricing from these companies is horrendous.

Thank you for dealing with the issues with the companies directly and helping people get their debt reduced by leaps and bounds.

    Bryan-

    1. Hi, Bryan!

I agree they should make money just like every other business, my concern is the making of 200% plus profits per customer.

I hope to educate the masses on how to deal with these companies and I hope many will help me spread the word!

      Thanks for stopping by~

  7. Hello Shawn. Really impressive pictures provided in your article. Seeing them, if I would have problems with loans, I would call straight away to your office.
Sometimes people are so miserable, that they take every offer to borrow money, without checking with who they deal with.
These loan companies can be really cruel. At first, when somebody needs borrow money, they promise everything.
Latter, when payday comes, lenders ready to tear these poor people apart.
I think that your website is a helpful tool to these who want to rid of their problems in a decent way, without stress, just knowing what to do next.
All the best, happy writing, Nemira.

  10. I wish I had known about you when I was an Army officer. I was the XO of an intel battalion and some of our guys had gotten into trouble with payday loans. It got so bad they lost their security clearances and were shipped off to infantry units. You really could have helped them.

    1. Hi!

Yes, they hit our service men and whomen really hard there a few years ago and many states did step up and correct this.

  12. This was an interesting post. Payday loans are a problem for most people, as I work in a bankruptcy law firm. So it’s needless to say I get those same Jane and John calls. I will that quote to anyone who comes into the office screaming about loans (bound to happen). Thanks for this article! Keep up the good work!
